When I stepped in as design lead for a Fortune 100 client project, I inherited a tight timeline and a team dynamic that needed resetting. I introduced decision-making practices to cut swirl, moved sprint work into Jira for transparency, and committed to showing up consistently for the team. I identified growth opportunities for the designers on my team and advocated for them to leadership.

While designing an error management tool, I saw an opportunity to use the error resolution data to uncover insights including common error types, resolution methods, and error spikes.
Recognizing the strategic value of these insights for future process enhancements, I created a conceptual prototype and proposed it to client leadership. Although it was outside the original project scope, leadership saw enough value to reallocate funding and move the initiative forward.
